I just got informed by Mozilla Thunderbird that it had finished downloading an update for 2.0.0.16 and asked if it should exit Thunderbird and run the update. I answered yes and it exited Thunderbird and started the update. It went something like 25% of the progressbar before it stopped and told me that it couldn’t update some of the files and that I had to quit Thunderbird. I checked my processlist and I couldn’t see Thunderbird or anything like that in the processlist so I started quiting some applications that where running on my system. When I exited quickcam.exe in the tray area and tried to start Thunderbird it went right through so it looks like Logitech’s quickcam.exe is doing something tricky with some of the files that Thunderbird uses. I’ve not bothered to do any more investigation on this since I just have to quit that one before I run the update so I just hope that I remember this until next time..

Then my youngest daughter finally got her 4 years birthday.. Celebrating on Gaupen today and we couldn’t been luckier. The weather was great, sunny and almost not a cloud to see..

Da var det endelig den yngste sin tur til å fylle år, 4 år. Ferier på Gaupen i dag og vi kunne ikke vært heldigere med været, skikkelig sol og omtrent skyfri himmel så langt man kan se..

Well it’s time for some changes..

I decided to drop the Drupal CMS “blog” I used to have, it still lives for those who wants to read my old posts, but this is now my new “home” on the net.

More info to come when I get comfortable with this WordPress system..
